SHORT-TERM RENTAL CANCELLATION

This policy outlines the cancellation terms for short-term rental bookings offered by Habulus S.r.l..

1. Free cancellation:

A full refund will be granted for cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Cancellation requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe via email to: info@novaulpia.com.

2. Cancellation with charges:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date will result in the loss of the entire amount paid. In the event of early departure, no refund will be provided for unused nights. In case of a no-show without prior notice, the full booking amount will be retained.

3. Refund procedure:

The cancellation will only be considered valid if confirmed via email to the address provided at the time of the booking. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the account specified by the customer following confirmation of the cancellation.

4. Exceptions:

In exceptional cases, such as proven force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters or serious health issues), the customer may request a refund outside the standard terms. Final decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Habulus S.r.l..

5. Changes to the Cancellation Policy:

Habulus S.r.l. reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be promptly communicated to customers via publication on the website.
